Leslie Romero was an impressive individual winner for the Bobcats in the women's race. She ran 17:22.91 for 5K to win by almost four seconds.

Kendra Long (6th), Devina Schneider (10th), Sydney Cole (12th) and Abby Steinhauser (17th) were the other scorers for Texas State. The Bobcats came up ONE point short of another team title, as Appalachian State won 45-46.
