I predict 28-14.

Anybody happen to see a familiar face that was on ACU's two deep roster?

The name Julian Humble ring a bell?

Evil triumphs over good this week. Based on what I saw out of our running game last week, I expect BIG things this week against a weaker program (depth). Let's hope for significant improvements in the turnover and special teams categories.

Not a knock on a talented ACU team... I just think based on how we played Cal Poly (a much stronger team than ACU), this is about where we should end up.

This is probably what the Michigan message boards looked like last week.

Humble was soft as a baby's ass Freigtliner, and you know it. The guy looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane, and has been injured most of his career.

With that said, it'll be a good game. 31-17 Bobcats. I like how we started fast each half last week, but we'll have to put the clamps down hard to make sure we don't let the Wildcats back into this one when we're up on them. "Turning the knife," as Travis Bush likes to call it.

Agreed...hopefully that will be the case....and their better not be a letdown...or they (the players) will be hearing it from me.

Everytime I was out there, Bailiff was calling Julian out about letting his teammates down. Not giving his all.

It was better he did leave.

hopefully it wont be like SHSU or Michigan. If we play as well as we did against 15th ranked Cal Poly then it should easily be

ACU 7

I really like how tough our D played the last game, a goose egg is not completely out of the question.

They played tough even with the loss of senior leader Nate Langford that is very encourageing. I am glad he is doing well and could even play in this coming game.

I would say rest him also.....we are going to need all our top guns full strength for Baylor. I don't want any repeats of what might have been like in 2004.

we must not overlook ACU, but Nate and our other top guns should play as little as possible/as needed so as to be rested for Baylor. I still remember clearly the night we played Baylor in '04, and its time we beat them. :txst:

I say 'Cats win, 35-10. But I hope we're not looking past them to the Baylor game, because if we trip-up and lose to ACU, all of the efforts of the players and coaches against Cal-Poly will be for naught.

I'm trying to take this season one week at a time.
