Ty Scott will make his SR season his best. After battling injuries last season he will come back to catch over 40 balls for around 600 yards.

I chose Alex Darley due to his athleticism and speed.

I wouldnt be suprised to see any of these guys lead the team in receiving. They all bring a little something different to the table. Talk about a talented group of WR's.

Mo will get more touches out of the slot but Alex will have more Yrds per catch being the big go to reciever down the field.

Those guys stink too. B-Rad all the way -- At least 50-60 catches. I mean, look at the almost grab in the spring game --> that's just a glimpse, my friends. There's a lotta more where that came from.

Imagine this situation...

<1 minute left in the game, we are down by 4 and MUST score a TD to win.

Coach send out the team in a 5-wide, no back set, George in the shotgun.

Left side of the field, you see:

Ty Scott
Cameron Luke
Adrian Thomas

Right side of the field you see:

Morris Crosby
Alex Darley

TOUCHDOWN!! CATS WIN THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!! :flag:

Excellent pick...the dark horse in my opinion. He'll catch more balls if they let him line up inside though.

this is very true, i just want to see BG throw the ball more than 10 yards!

last year: run, run, 5 yd pass to chase, run...YAWN!!!

Some thing tells me were going to see Brad go deep and often.

Quote:
M&G Game:
On the first play after the break, Texas State returning quarterback Bradley George hooked up for a 39-yard pass to Cameron Luke to give the Maroon a first-and-10 at the Gold 26.

Quote:
First Scrimage:
The scrimmage started with George throwing a 40-yard pass to sophomore receiver Alex Darley.

At one point of the scrimmage, George completed three 20+ yard passes in a row. He found Adrian Thomas open for 23 yards then later hit Bush for gains of 38 and 20 yards.

In 05, we had Markee (15 catches as a junior), Ty Scott, and the oft-injured KR. Dameon Williams made a difference over the course of the season, but was nowhere near the top of the depth chart prior to season. And don't even get me started on the lack of talent at TE. There wasn't a ton of hype on who we were going to throw the ball to then.

Fast forward 2 years, you've got the veteran Scott, Darley, Crosby, Luke, and Dunk...The targets on the TXST offense, in my opinion, have never been this ready to have a stellar year. Coach Wright has made it a point to prove that he's not going to pass when he needs to, and that the offense, while more traditional, will be aggressive.

As for last year's offensive scheme, I think Herman and Miller were just trying to make the '05 offense fit a different team. We were able to run, run, pass in '05, not necessarily in '06. Look for a line anchored by the likes of Jenkins, Daise, and May to be more aggressive. And who is this walk-on center I keep hearing about that transferred from a juco or some other division? People tell me Miller really started to like him towards the end of last season, and that he's pretty damn good.
